During my career I have planned over 200000 acres of property for a diversity of land uses including residential, commercial, industrial, aviation, mineral extraction & recreation. I have served as an advisor & real estate consultant to many private corporations & organizations regarding highest & best use & have provided municipal consulting services to various levels of local government. I have presented my credentials & testified as an expert in my profession in the trial courts of Lake, McHenry, DuPage, Will, Cook, DeKalb, Kane & Boone Counties. I have also testified before planning & zoning commissions & other governmental entities on over 100 occasions & have lectured at various educational & professional organizations. I have been on faculty of Continuing Legal Education International for the past 6 years & have lectured on a diversity of subjects including the role of planner, eminent domain, land use, zoning & highest & best use. Prior to my tenure as the President of Allen L. Kracower & Associates, Inc., I served as the Special Assistant to the Regional Administrator of the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development.
